little help on XP

guys, i recently tried some stuff, this is probably caused by a track cleaner..
it wont show my internet/email/recent programs in Menu Start:

Not a big deal, but it gets annoying after a while.. I also tried getting back to older savepoint.. and some other stuff.. When i try making a new Administrative account on XP it does shows, but i get the windows live error/windows update error..

tried till now
-Rightclick on start-button & check internet/email
-Restorepoint
-New administrative account (worked but got other errors)

So, if somehow we can just reset this account but keep default settings, so it wont crash my windows live & windows update..

Winner: 99% access to my (unreleased) cfgs.
